The Rimba Store 110% Shipping Guaranty
Standard Two Week Guaranty:
We stock hundreds and hundreds of Rimba & Sylvie Monthulé items. Most in stock items are sent the same or next business day.
However, with so many
products to offer, there are times when an item is in transit from our
warehouse in the Netherlands or (rarely) not in stock. We can
proudly say over 99% of our items are in stock, either in or North American, The Netherlands, or Paris warehouse. That's part of our commitment to
excellent customer service!
Is the item you want not in stock? Don’t worry with our 110% delivery
guaranty, and UPS delivery service, we’ll get it there on time or we’ll
gladly accept your return and refund you 110% of the price you paid, plus
prorated shipping charged for that item.
The rules are simple:
1.) Live in the 48 Contiguous States.
2.) Place your order by 10 PM CST on your order date.
3.) We will ship any item not in stock 14 days after your order date or
less.
4.) You choose your delivery, Next Day, 2nd Day, or normal ground service to
arrive as necessary.

you have the best play time possible!

Next Day service;
place your order for in-stock items by noon (CST) on Monday, February 13th, live in an area serviced UPS Next Day service by and your order will
arrive on February 14th.
2nd Day Service;
place your order for in-stock items by noon (CST) on Friday February 10,
live in an area serviced by UPS 2nd Day service and your order will arrive
on or before February 14th.
Ground Service;
place your order for in-stock items by noon (CST) on Tuesday February 7, live
in the continental 48 States and your order will arrive on or before
February 14th.

Next
Day or 2nd Day Service; place
your order for an out of stock item by 2 PM (CST) on Monday, February 6th,
live in an area serviced by UPS Next Day or 2nd Day service and your order will
arrive on or before February 14th.
UPS
or USPS Ground Service;
place your order for an out of stock item by 2 PM (CST) on Monday February
6th, live in the continental 48 States and your order will arrive on or
before February 14th
